Announcement of Policy Change Regarding the Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

The Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Empowerment will revise its policy on the Letter of Acceptance, effective with Volume 5, Issue 1.

To improve governance and adopt a digital system, the journal will no longer issue manual PDF LoAs. Instead, authors will get an official Acceptance Notification by email when their manuscript is accepted.

The official email notification holds administrative validity equivalent to a Letter of Acceptance. It may be used as legitimate proof of manuscript acceptance for academic purposes, performance reporting, and documentation of community service outputs. This policy comes into effect starting from Volume 5, Issue 1, and applies to all manuscripts processed in this issue and subsequent editions.
